On 16th of July 2000 the team of like-minded, professionals and enthusiasts has made a decision to settle a new and essential for that time for the Ukrainian market kind of business - crisis management of industrial enterprises. As a result on December, 25th, 2001 was founded Corporation “Astron-Ukraine” which has united under its sole management some of already created investment-industrial projects in a different stage of development. The Corporation has obtained its name from well known since school years and lessons of astronomy Greek word Astron, in translation - a star. And the star for us symbolizes Purpose, high aspirations and perfection.
The corporation represents dynamically developing investment-industrial holding company, which unite some groups of the enterprises of average business with own trade marks. We do a strategic emphasis on personnel as our basic resource. We consider as our strategic administrative problem harmonization of the purposes of Corporation, Strategic plans for development of Corporation and the personal purposes and plans for development of personality of each employee.
